Version 1.2.8

by Chris

This release is a mendeley release, we also planned to implement a lot of other feedback on but this was more important. From now on LaTeXing, does not longer require the seperate oauthlib library, its using the dependencies function from package control.

The documentation needs to be updated at different places but this will be done over the next few hours/days. If you have any issue please create an issue on github.

The next step now is to update the Zotero API to V3 to avoid problem like with Mendeley for next time.
